An exciting opportunity to join a growing company and become a member of the IRM team. Your main responsibilities will be on-boarding our institutional partners and individuals as well as providing excellent customer service while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be required to support managers and employees through a variety of tasks while providing the necessary support via phone and email. The key focus is to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
What you'll be doing
