Role Purpose Supports the running of core business processes on a day-to-day basis by proactively identifying issues, executing resolutions, and implementing process improvements. Key responsibilities: Buying process management and logistics: Manages all matters related to Accounts Payable and Purchasing, including payments, reimbursements, wire transfers, cash deposits and journal entries Oversees the vendor setup/management process Serve as a key contact for the purchase order requisition process and will work with procurement and service providers Financial reporting and reconciliation: Maintains financial records and prepares monthly and quarterly reconciliation materials Supports monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of transactions and reports Utilizes budget analyses and modeling to forecast future financial needs/resources Reconciles monthly P-Card transactions Business process...
