The Reporting Lead will support Customer Operations – Performance Excellence team to help create method of works that drives report simplification and efficiency. This role will partner with Frontline team, Specialist team and other shared services group to constantly review the metrics, reporting process and simplify/ define new metrics as required. Will assist the Reporting Manager in ensuring day to day activities and month end activities are completed in a timely and accurate manner. Responsibilities / Accountabilities Will direct the team and manage the workflow of team members. Will typically plan work on a weekly/monthly basis.
