Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities: - Resolves complex payroll queries with employees and stakeholders using advanced oral and written communication skills (including English fluency; fluency in other languages may be required depending on region and role) - Assists payroll specialists in all countries. - Reconciles 3rd party payments. - Resolves complex general ledger issues using advanced Excel skills. - Provides data and assists with all audits. - Assists with documentation for payroll team. - Serves as subject matter expert on regional specific items.
