Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities: - Generates new sales opportunities that originate from inbound lead channels like web forms, hotlines, and marketing initiatives - Holds responsibility for all the Inbound Leads for the organization and for identifying the needs and challenges of the prospective customer - Ensures that leads are picked up and addressed within the stipulated SLAs and convert to qualified opportunities by scheduling follow up meetings for product demonstrations with the appropriate salesperson in region - Understands a potential customer’s needs and requirements and guide them on products that can service their workflow gaps - Maintains the organizations high standards of customer service.
