Position: Manager, Transaction Management / Strategic Alliances The Impact o    Work alongside sales, product and legal stakeholders to support licensing and distribution of MI’s products and services across various vendors, service providers and other key strategic partners. o    Contribute to the creation of licensing/governance framework for S&P’s Market Intelligence division (MI), including commercial policies, best practices policies, documents, and workflows.
