About the Role: Position Summary The HR BP in APAC works pro-actively to support on all HR related matters in the region in consultation with the global OSTTRA HR team. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to the senior/line management and employees that reflects the business objectives of OSTTRA. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy to help drive strategic plans in the region, the role essentially helps align the company’s people strategy with its business strategy. The role will be accountable for the APAC region and will report to the Head of HR for India and APAC.
