Role Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities The Assurance and Control team (ACT) is responsible for overseeing the ongoing assessment of the FTSE internal control framework. This developing 1LOD function provides advisory, analysis, and oversight activities intended to ensure the operation of an effective control environment through performance of routine assurance activities; identification and escalation of control issues; verification that processes are appropriately documented and have considered relevant risks and controls; and proactive partnership across the organization to drive remediation efforts. ACT supports FTSE International Ltd, as well as other London Stock Exchange Group functions including IT, Internal Audit, Risk and Compliance.
