This is a maternity cover role in the Global Reward Team responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining effective executive remuneration and incentive plans that support the attraction, retention and engagement of talent across LSEG and ensure alignment to long-term, sustainable value. Responsibilities Shapes the strategic direction of executive remuneration and incentive plan design. Responsibility for advising on remuneration policy, incentive plan design, executive remuneration recommendations and other relevant items, ensuring the creation of long-term, sustainable value.
