Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities: - Manages resource planning across business change projects and IT maintenance work - Liaises with other teams to gather technical and resource requirements, supporting the Delivery Manager in resource planning and timing of dependencies - Creates and maintains detailed workstream plans and timelines, tracking delivery against key milestones - Leads issue resolution, providing options and solutions to resolve conflicts within the team and escalating to the Delivery Manager when required - Manages relationships with a range of stakeholders - Gathers feedback on supplier performance, identifying issues and improvements.
