Role Summary: Technical Customer Support Executives is responsible for delivering consistent high-value, courteous service through customer’s inquiry by handling customer inquiries by phone and email regarding technical issues for sell-side and buy-side Mandarin-speaking customers. This includes keeping a clear and active focus on providing high-quality resolution and ensuring that all the necessary action is taken to resolve customer’s issues.
