The Client Service Manager is responsible for partnering with Commercial Managers, Commercial Specialists, and Client Relationship Managers to provide the best possible customer experience to support new and existing customers through product onboarding and implementation, training (both online and on-site), and integration of S&P Global Commodity Insights services within customer workflows.
