This role involves i nvestigat ing issues, develop ing fixes, support ing new releases, perform ing general maintenance and administration tasks . E nhancements through support process changes and performance tuning is also required .     Would be required to work across multiple shift rotas according to the monthly roster. Out of hours support overnight and across weekends and Bank Holidays is frequently needed.     Good communication skills and business knowledge is required for working with business teams during investigations.     Candidates need to be subject matter experts in the underlying technologies used by the applications.
