Job Description: About the Role: The Paid Media Associate, Events is a critical member of the Paid Media team and will implement digital media campaigns to drive event attendance across multiple channels (Search, Social, Display) and platforms (Google, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.). This role is highly collaborative and will work across the organization with multiple stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and to measure success. You Will: Create an effective strategic framework across the funnel to drive awareness, consideration, and conversion for WSJ Events through digital media. Optimize strategies for each channel to improve performance and ensure the KPI goals are met. Be hands on in-platform - QA’ing campaign builds, optimizing targeting and audience strategy, and monitoring creative performance.
