We are looking for a senior IT Services Desk Lead who can work independently with key stakeholders in the business to manage our Android application.
Lead IT Helpdesk and Change Management teamMaintain and optimize local company networks and serversBe responsible for device and password managementOversee data backup and system security operations (e.g. user authorization, firewalls)Manage installations, upgrades and configurations of hardware and softwareAssess system performance and recommend improvementsResolve issues escalated by technicians and engineersEnsure data is handled, transferred or processed according to legal and company guidelinesProvide support and guidance to stakeholders via help deskControl costs and budgets regarding IT systemsManage contracts with vendors (e.g. development platforms, telecommunication companies, password managers) and software licensesDevelop IT policies and practices
Requirements
Proven experience as IT Operations ManagerExperience with system installation, configuration and analysisThorough knowledge of networks and cloud computingKnowledge of data protection operations and legislation (e.g. GDPR)Leadership and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projectsOutstanding communication skillsProblem-solving aptitudeBSc/BA in Computer Science, IT or relevant field
