The Team:  

Our team is building an enterprise grade engineering platform to support engineers across a wide variety of segments in their daily work. We deploy a world-class semantic search engine utilizing ML and advanced feedback loops to deliver a world class search experience to our users.

Responsibilities:  

  • Taking part in assessment and choice of the project technology stack

  • Guiding technical decisions and implementation supervision
  • Alignment of system architecture with enterprise architecture
  • Aligning the team actions to product owner vision and long-term business goals
  • Adoption of industry best practices
  • Fostering the development culture, ensuring regular automated delivery of high-quality services
  • Mentoring and sharing knowledge with the development team
  • Follow the Agile Scrum process. This includes communicating with business analysts, consultants and customers for obtaining system requirements, providing estimations

What We’re Looking For:  

  • 7+ years of experience in product development. 3+ years of team leading

  • Experience in the following technologies and development languages: C# , .NET Core/.NET Framework, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, Entity Framework , Front-end skills (JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular), Cloud architecture and development (AWS, MS Azure support), SQL

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Good communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision 

  • English level: B2+
