For our team in Zurich, we are looking for a driven and dynamic individual to join us immediately or by appointment as

• Quality reviews of client KYC information (new & existing accounts) with adherence to Saxo Minimum KYC Requirements
• Periodic quality reviews of transaction monitoring alerts and responsibility to draft reports for the local and global management team
• Maintaining an overview of the ongoing tasks and deadlines
• Ongoing implementation of changes of relevant regulation in cooperation with business management
• Close collaboration with other departments and KYC units within Saxo Group

Your Profile :

  • Have a deep knowledge of CDB20, FINMA regulation and in general the KYC requirements of the Swiss financial market
  • 2+ years of work experience in a similar position (Onboarding/Renewal/Quality KYC team) within the banking/financial services industry in Switzerland
  • Experience with Transaction Monitoring and Know Your Client (KYC) tools
  • Solid education in Risk Management with a deep understanding of the KYC framework (a bachelor degrees is considered as a plus)
  • Affinity to new technologies and digital business processes
  • Motivated to work in a small but powerful team
  • Be a well-organized, disciplined and structured person
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to think quickly to solve problems in real-time
  • Very good verbal and written skills in English, which is our corporate language, and good German skills are required (other languages are considered an advantage)
