About the Job:

The RM is responsible for ensuring a superb proactive and bespoke client experience for Saxo client in the VIP segment, maximizing client satisfaction, client lifetime and hence Saxo’s result.

Serving the Platinum segment for all inbound requests, and performing relevant outbound sales and compliance activities as defined by ongoing sales and compliances activities/tasks

The RM ensures an excellent onboarding experience for new clients with potential for RM services, by working closely together with Originators and Digital sales

Foster new clients by referrals from existing clients

The RM ensures through a proactive personal impact that Client lifetime value (CLV) for clients is optimized by:

Servicing and growing the existing portfolio of clients in the in accordance with Saxo standards set out in the Relationship manager Procedure and Working instructions.

Growing the existing portfolio by Cross Selling Saxo capabilities with depth of product, platform and solution knowledge

Proactive engagement of specialists (global sales, asset champs, onboarding, compliance, sales trading)

The RM ensures through a proactive client management to optimize client satisfaction

Upholding Saxo service standards as described in our values and rules of engagement

Significant depth of documented client insight in CRM and relevant plans for client growth and client satisfaction

Significant knowledge of product, platform, procedures, tools and systems to provide efficient servicing

Proactive off-boarding of clients that do not meet Saxo's risk appetite in accordance with Saxo policies

Provide quality pre-sales consultant support to sales on institutional and potential VIP retail clients

Your Profile :

  • Strong understanding of Saxo’s products and services 

  • Broad understanding of value chain processes from onboarding, trading and post trade services 

  • Enjoy engaging with clients and colleagues 

  • Degree holder with minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience from financial industry 

  • Native Mandarin speaker who is fluent in English, both speaking and writing  

  • Good presentation skills 

  • Customer-service oriented and able to multi task and work under pressure in a fast pace environment 

  • Work independently and manage task and time based on the given KPI’s 

  • Team player
