Your Profile :
•Business expert across the bank in your chosen domain and have proven experience in working with Products and associated business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational, financial and technological risks
•Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Saxo’s architecture and components to drive more efficient analysis
•Develop business requirements of new initiatives in cooperation with the business owner, and translate them into specifications for developers to implement along and testers to quality assure
•Be a business domain evangelist and help educate your tech colleagues about our business
•Have a long term strategic view on where your lines of business, product or platform is moving, both within Saxo and in the industry as a whole
•Pay heed to the Business Case and help to analyse and verify the validity of our initiatives with proper data alongside the Business Owner
•To document requirements and keep them updated throughout development, walkthrough of requirements with the team
•Help to Manage the Product/Project Backlog alongside the Business Owner - Keep it prioritized, ensure it is structured and with the right amount of detail
•Ensure adequate functional coverage in testing by reviewing Test Scenarios with QA
•Be part of training of more junior business analysts
•Challenge business to deliver clear requirements and present a strong business case
•Work actively with functional delivery in reviewing test scenarios and drive UAT’s and to help the Releases committed to
