Job Description

Trading Operations is a team of dedicated professionals in charge of GCEX's trading and client operational processes. To improve processes and reduce risk, the team collaborates closely with Sales, Technology, and Finance, as well as introducing and implementing new products and services. At all times we are focused on providing excellent customer service, offering client support 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

  • Accurately settling and documenting daily transactions (daily reconciliation).
  • Identifying and managing operational risks.
  • Providing tailored trading and technology solutions to meet client needs.
  • Management of clients' day-to-day demands

Must Have

Good knowledge of derivative products and have interest in brokerage, commodities, crypto-assets. Join us and be part of one of the first brokers with dual permissions for both traditional financing and cryptocurrency listed on the FCA register. This allows us to offer a turn-key solution for trading digital assets, as well as FX, aimed primarily at brokers and institutions.

  • Knowledge of derivative products preferable, including currencies/FX, commodities, crypto assets, or other OTC derivatives.
  • Strong experience with MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Functional knowledge of operations and trade lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with trading and back-office platforms.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of FIX API is advantageous
