About the Job:

Responsibility:
• Extract daily pre -matching & fail report from Citi & laisse with Internal/external brokers for timely market exchange of securities.
• Agreeing & processing SPOs, wire payments & Nettings.
• Prime brokers(Equity)
• Prime brokers (FI)
• Auto/manual report set up from Citi & other custodian

Your Profile :

MANDATE

  • Handle Settlement activities for a specific region (US, EU or APAC) and adhere to all relevant KPI’s and SLA’s.
  • Escalate problems to the manager when needed.
  • Train team members and prepare Traning plans/RAG matrix for them
  • Conduct daily supervision of the process activities and perform 4 eye checks.
  • Conduct daily checks and review individual checklist to ensure day to day in control.
  • Handle cases escalated to him/her.
  • Act as a role model & SME for process knowledge & team player.
  • Understand the risk involved in timely processing of Settlement instructions.
  • Communicate verbally and in writing to internal/external stakeholders and clients professionally and effectively.
  • Act as active team member, willing to go the extra mile as required.
  • Share knowledge, experience & guidance to other team members.
  • Understand Settlements part in the value chain across Operations.
  • Work according to compliance rules, regulations and understanding of risk management
