About the Job:

Responsibilities:
• Actively participating in the development of the client service policies and standards
• Liaise with internal functions from front to back office, dealing with clients’ queries and resolving client issues to a high satisfaction and improving the overall customer relationship
• Effective/Regular communicating to end clients via email or phone informing about new product releases and/or changes to their account
• Investigating more complex partners’ requests ensuring the clients’ needs are being satisfied
• Support originators and solution specialist, liaise with internal onboarding team and corresponding configuration teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
• Fully understanding of client life cycle stages in CRM and related processes
• Special attention to Tier 1/VIP clients and knowledge of their set up
• Proactive in capturing and escalating recurring issues that are similar across multiple clients, which usually indicates structural or process issues. Analyzing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service and recommending improvements
• Taking responsibility for ad-hoc requests/tasks and small projects as instructed by management

Your Profile :

  • Min. 3 years of account management or sales in financial industry or an experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a big plus
  • Has sound knowledge of financial products such as equities, ETFs, bonds, FX, Futures and Options, and can actively gain awareness on innovation
  • Good understanding of trading and brokerage services, trading on-line
  • Has a passion for providing excellent Customer Service, and a structured approach to handling task
  • Dedicated to constantly improving work efficiency with our clients and inter-departments
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and consistently achieving targets
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
