Important Note

In addition to the overview of key objectives and principal tasks and responsibilities, the Salesforce Administrator will be accountable for:


Close collaboration with functional leaders, organisational units (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Technology, Operations), and subject matter experts from all INFINOX Offices to identify, develop and deploy new business processes and reporting frameworks.

Along with the Salesforce Product Manager, he/she will also take part in the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our Salesforce CRM platform

The successful candidate will have experience in improving business processes and adoption, as well as in using and setting up the Salesforce platform as an Administrator.


Overview of the Key Objectives of the Position:

The key objectives include:

  • Resolve and escalate Salesforce service requests to support the business.
  • Deliver required changes to Salesforce projects and processes to improve efficiencies for the sales and support processes.
  • Create a reporting structure to demonstrate data improvements and maintenance.
  • Continuous personal and professional development in understanding of the Salesforce environment.
  • Work closely with both Sales and Services teams to improve adoption of Salesforce.


Principal Tasks and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Salesforce administration including; user management, reports and dashboards, assisting users with core salesforce functionality, resolving config bugs and utilising dataloader to update, insert records.
  • Resolve service requests from business users, sharing regular updates and escalate requests where appropriate.
  • Work with various business units (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Leadership Team) to understand their business processes and requirements.
  • Build and document customised solutions in Salesforce.
  • Drive change management initiatives (communication & trainings) to increase tools and processes adoption across different functions, regions, and seniority levels.
  • Refine analytics and reporting strategy to ensure the different teams leverage on the customer information and extract maximum value.
  • Design & drive data quality processes to ensure a high level of data integrity.
  • Manage and maintain third-party integrations.
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.


Experience and Requirements


  • Good configuration skills (standard and custom objects).
  • Keen to learn more about Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work in a team and be self-sufficient.
  • Proven ability to design, implement and document new processes and facilitate user adoption.
  • Salesforce Administrator certified Trailhead accreditation.
  • Able to work autonomously with minimal guidance and as a part of cross functional team.

  • Work in a context of high customer experience focus.



  • Knowledge of the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform (usage and setup) with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity, in line with Salesforce Best Practices.
  • 2+ years’ experience on a similar Salesforce org structure, preferably in the online trading industry.
  • Data management abilities.
