About the Job:

Area: Digital, Compliance and Client administration

Working on Key Compliance reporting activities related to Client’s accounts
- Responsible for creating and maintaining platform and system access for clients
- Responsible for handling all Client admin and compliance related with adherence to SLA
- Working Deceased client processes ensuring identification of legal heirs and processing portfolio transfer in accordance to the SLA
- Supporting Service support team in key digitalization initiatives
- Working on automated processes and handling exceptions for Robotics solutions
- Perform service in accordance with global service catalogue and the Tiered client model
- Always acting in the best interest of our Clients and Saxo, and increase client digital interaction with the Bank.

Your Profile :

We are looking for an experienced Client services representative

  • You have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service towards clients
  • You are a strong communicator with excellent English communication, both verbal and written.
  • You have experience in handling account reporting, Regulatory and compliance related reporting tasks.
  • A team player willing to share experience and ideas as well as having the ability to communicate at different levels in the organization
  • Be a committed, self-driven, proactive individual, who can thrive during hectic periods
  • Experience from a client support role and the ability to liaise with clients in a timely professional manner
  • Ability to follow clear guidelines and to ensure adherence to all compliance policies and procedures
  • Be capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Can prioritize the workload to fit the business objectives
