About the Job:

The Accounts & Permissions Organization (Part of Group COO) is made up of 70+ people across Denmark, Singapore and Gurgaon. We are developers, business analysts and specialists accountable for creating and strengthening the bank’s Pricing and Accounts Infrastructure where we are responsible for creating solutions and configuring settings for:

- Access clients have to platform modules such as the Instruments they see and Services they can use
- Commissions, Rewards and Taxes settings on client accounts
- Helping our White Label Partners design Account settings for their clients

To strengthen our team we are looking for a new member of our Team in HQ.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Eliciting requirements from Pricing and Account Specialists
- Help translate business requirements into development user stories and delivery of the final product
- Documenting Requirements
- Working with technology teams to deliver the necessary changes e.g. UAT testing, co-ordination
- System admin tasks in multiple systems
- Provide stakeholders with help and information supporting the rollout of system admin changes
- Create structured documentation of the solutions developed within the team
- Monitor impact solutions delivered and suggest improvements

Your Profile :

As a person you are ambitious, energetic and structured. You enjoy creating elegant digital solutions for manual problems and you thrive on complexity. Perhaps you love puzzles. 


Further we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: 

  • Possess a relevant degree (BA in Data/Computer Science or Finance) 

  • Strong analytical skills 

  • You have some programming/coding experience 

  • Strong documentation skills – able to translate words into neat tables/diagrams and user stories 

  • Strong interest in trading/investment and some understanding of Capital Markets 

  • Candidates with experience working as a BA in the Financial Sector are preferred 

  • Enjoy working in an international and fast-paced agile environment with colleagues and team mates globally 

  • Enjoy technology and learning/creating solutions  

  • You are naturally curious and take pride in solving puzzles – getting to the bottom of a tech issue and quick to learn new systems
