About the Job:



Do you possess excellent People Management skills and are you passionate about servicing Tier 1 clients? Do you furthermore enjoy setting the governance and framework for a team during and following a migration project?
As our new Team Lead you will be responsible for a team of 3 people in Amsterdam as well as 2 people in Antwerp.
You will act as key stakeholder and coordinator during the migration of our clients to the Saxo Platform.
Not the least, you will be a trusted point of contact for our Tier 1 clients and you will ensure that the team uses best practice when servicing our clients.



Your Profile :



We expect that the right candidate possess the following key competencies:

  • Good communication skills
  • Speaks and writes Dutch & English fluently
  • At least 5 years’ of experience with people management
  • Good listener
  • Ability to work under pressure still setting the right priorities
  • Structured approach with a good sense for details
  • Passionate with Stamina
  • Understands the importance of good team work utilizing the strengths of each individual
