About the Job:

 

 

Compliance Analyst (6 months Contract) – Saxo Capital Markets Pte. Ltd.

The Compliance Team is primarily responsible for compliance matters in Singapore. It also renders support to the various APAC subsidiaries.

Responsibilities include:
• Execution of compliance and AML controls, monitoring and surveillance for Singapore
• Ensure submission of suspicious transaction reports to CAD within the requisite deadline.
• Advising on compliance related issues in relation to licensing, Anti Money Laundering and Know-Your-Customer, product development etc.
• Assisting with regulatory and other official enquiries.
• Undertaking reviews to ensure robust adherence to compliance requirements.
• Participation in internal, external and regulatory audits.
• Keep relevance Compliance procedures Manuals/procedures up to date
• Analysis of new rules and regulations
• Participate in APAC projects and provide compliance related inputs where relevant.

 

 

Your Profile :

 

 

Profile of Candidates:

  • 2 to 5 years of compliance experience, preferably from a CMS licensee
  • Good knowledge of applicable legislation such as SFA, FAA, AML and subsidiary regulation
  • Business-oriented approach to compliance
  • Independent personality, with strong team working ethos.
  • Technological proficiency to include Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint,
  • Ability to work autonomously while executing against specified tasks and functions.
