About the Job:



The Tax Reporting team currently consists of 10 employees based in Denmark, India & Singapore. Its overall purpose is to deliver compliant tax reporting to regulatory bodies for Saxo Bank’s global operations.

This position provides an option to learn, grow & perform within one of the World´s leading online broker-banks. We are seeking a young & sharp mind to support and drive the processes within various tax- & statistical reports to Tax Authorities & National Banks in Denmark, Finland, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland, UK, Italy, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan & Australia; a truly international range of tasks with colleagues around the world.

As our new Reporting Specialist based out of Tokyo, you will directly report (functional reporting) to the Head of Tax Reporting and belong to the overall Regulatory & Tax Reporting team, HQ. The Tax Reporting Team’s main responsibilities are to act as key stakeholders and SMEs within all the Bank’s projects, support and monitor new upcoming regulatory requirements and changes to existing obligations, and to ensure complete, accurate and timely Tax reporting.

As a local reporting matrix in the Tokyo office, you will be part of Japan COO office and will be reporting to COO, Japan.

Your key responsibilities will be:
• To join the team working on Saxo´s reporting to Japan Regulatory and Tax Authorities – to drive and improve existing processes
• Driving & automating new Reporting requirements within Tax Reporting area into operational practices
• Co-operation with our big IT team who supports the automation of Our team´s reporting requirements
• Act as a team player in our global team



Your Profile :



As a person you work in a structured manner and possess superb stakeholder management skills. You will strive in a high-paced, dynamic environment and can manage multiple pressing priorities. You take ownership and pride in delivering quality work on time providing a strong individual performance, however, enjoying and supporting the team environment.


You have approximately 3-6 years work experience preferably from a consultancy firm – preferably with competences within Business Processes, Regulatory reporting and/or Tax legislation.


Prior experience of either of below regulatory reporting is highly desired for this role.

  • JP Regulatory reporting: JFSA, KLFB, FFAJ, CFAJ, JSDA

  • A Bachelor’s degree is highly desired (Law, Commerce, Engg.)
  • JSDA Sales Representative Level 1, Level 2 certified
