About the Job:

 

 

As Service Level Manager, you will be responsible for the relationship between the former Binck branches and teams in India that supply outsources Operations services, for making and fulfilling agreements about the quality of the operational services delivered, which are optimally tailored to both the current and future requirements and wishes of the customer. The Service Level Manager will be a source of information for the employees in Saxo India for complex and specific knowledge areas in the field of Corporate Actions, Static Data, Settlements and Payments. In addition to these important tasks, a large part of the work will consist of improving processes in order to realize an optimal customer experience on the one hand and to ensure an efficient implementation of all processes.

What you will be doing:

Making and fulfilling service agreements about the quality and costs of the outsourced services

Monitoring and steering on the performance of the outsourced services

Actively contributes to customer satisfaction by methodically improving services and proactively responding to customer needs

Initiates and monitors improvement actions when the realized services lag behind or can be deployed more effectively and efficiently

Conducting internal consultations with relevant experts and concerned managers in order to bring relevant developments to the attention of the customer, to initiate necessary changes in a timely manner and to investigate possibilities of customer questions

Ensure that internal and external cooperation takes place directly, constructively and without political action. Integrity, openness and organizational sensitivity are important qualities in this regard, in addition to open communication and actively seeking collaboration.

Provides relevant management information and reports on the Service Level management process. Also responsible for SLA management within Operations.

 

 

Your Profile :

 

 

Skills

  • Long-term knowledge of various Operational processes in the field of Securities Services
  • Strong knowledge of at least 2 of the following operational activities: Corporate Actions, Payments or Settlements
  • Knowledge of current developments in the field
  • Knowledge of Service Level Management or willing to acquire it
  • Knowledge of banking processes
