About the Job:
Saxo Bank is determined to become the preferred provider of BaaS and SaaS solutions within trading and investment for banks, brokers, independent advisors and asset managers. As part of this growth strategy, we are expanding our team in Copenhagen.
As our new Senior Institutional Sales, your primary focus will be to define and execute a sales strategy for the CEE market with a focus on opportunities in Czechia, Slovakia, Baltics, Hungary, Bulgaria at the intersection of capital markets and technology. Your responsibilities include amongst others:
- Define and implement a growth strategy - including country strategies for each jurisdiction
- Build a network of influencers / service providers / third parties /events to develop lead sharing
- Strengthen the awareness of Saxo in local markets through marketing/PR initiatives – including generation of content to position Saxo as a thought leader
- Identify, acquire, and convert high potential targets across the target segments
- Orchestrate the specialist resources during larger pitches and drive RFPs
- Collaborate closely with the Institutional Relationship Management, Service and Marketing teams to manage the handover and go-to-market planning for new clients
Your Profile :
As a person you are passionate, results-driven and entrepreneurial. You are a seasoned professional adept at creating trust and building lasting relationships, including with C-level counterparts. You take ownership, and work structured to create and deliver on pipeline and cross sell opportunities with clients.
