The Platform Configuration team consists of 6 employees based in Copenhagen and Singapore. We are responsible for the configuration, customization, and ongoing maintenance of our trading platforms for our Institutional Clients. You will be involved in all aspects of the Saxo Bank Offer in this segment. You will assist team members to deliver the branded solution to our clients. This could include preparing partner graphics for use in our platform, coding and building login pages, managing the SSL certificate process, setting up FTP files locations or delivering customized disclaimer solutions. There are also opportunities to become involved in the more technical integration aspects of the role working with our suite of APIs. We also continue to engage with our partners after the onboarding phase and you will be involved in our support work.

Among others you will be responsible for:
Providing our partners and institutional clients with help and information during and after onboarding phase
Working with the team on various task both small and large, this could include taking direct contact via email, phone or conference call
Administrative tasks such as scheduling conference calls and WebEx sessions and potentially delivery of training sessions to clients
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications.
Content Management Systems knowledge useful
Personal Skills / Attributes:
Ability to communicate on all levels, both verbally and in writing, understanding cultural nuances that may be present
Enthusiastic and driven individual you can demonstrate ownership and understand service culture for both internal and external clients
Must demonstrate attention to detail to deliver quality work
You are fluent in English both verbal and written, additional languages are an advantage
Interest in trading and knowledge of how financial markets work

The Saxo Experience Office department has the overall responsibility for the client journey and all client facing touchpoints across channels and platforms.
We ensure, in close collaboration with the rest of Saxo Bank, that our technology, scale and talented employees translate into great client experiences and profitable business. SXO is responsible for ensuring that we have living and breathing client engagement.
Part of SXO’s core focus is also on being sharp on client needs before we build new features or launch new projects across the Bank - by building prototypes, testing, understanding money making logic behind the offering and the go-to-market strategy before we build a new solution.
