A senior legal associate

  • demonstrate strong legal technical knowledge, including drafting and analytical skills, with attention to detail

 Roles and responsibilities:

  • the powerhouse of delivery in the team, by being consistently high performing, highly efficient, structured, engaged and motivated member of the team.
  • highly efficient in delivering projects, with responsiveness and vigour, with the ability to contribute at least 40%-50% of the overall value of a project.
  • expected to be technically strong, and focus on development points in technical areas, add value to discussions, show strong understanding of legal principles, develop specialist knowledge in specific areas.
  • expected to provide timely advice across a wide spectrum of matters, business transactions & operations, corporate affairs and employment matters.
  • keeping a growth mindset to learn and develop, with particular emphasis on developing drafting and analytical skills, as well as personal development.
  • to actively seek feedback from colleagues and business, and act on the feedback with an open mind.
  • continuously effort to develop knowledge of the business, its operations and products.
  • to stay on top of legislative and market developments relating to the business, including using the online resources available to the team, as well as share such knowledge across the team.
