We are looking for a fun and reliable Administrative Assistant reporting to the HR Manager to assist with general office duties and providing general administrative support across the organisation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all duties are carry out on a timely and professional manner.
  • Handling of HR documentation and filing.
  • Manage employee related events such as birthdays, festivals, charity and other social events.
  • Assists in office all round duties including procurement of stationery and pantry items, postage and delivery service.
  • Ensure all meeting rooms and pantry are neat and tidy.
  • Engage and coordinate with external suppliers and agencies.
  • Other administrative duties as required.
  • Be the Front of Office to greet customers.

  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Great communication skills both written & verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Responsible, positive attitude, willingness to help.
  • Have an interest in HR and willing to take on more responsibilities.
