A Customer Support Executive is an enthusiastic, energetic self-starter. He/she will develop broad skills to support personal growth and organizational success. The responsibilities and qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required by Equiti. He/she must be flexible and excited about working in a fast paced, high performance environment; have proven communication and organizational skills; and be willing and able to focus on both internal and external client service to meet our business needs.

  • Interact and interface with clients via phone, email, live chat, and any other communication channel provided by Equiti
  • Handle day to day client issues, provide resolutions, and properly escalate as necessary
  • Analysis of complex issues, trading issues to provide detailed problem descriptions for coordination with relevant departments
  • Focus on improving client satisfaction
  • Work with management to adhere to or improve support processes
  • Provide additional, valued added services to our client
  • Work with various team members to resolve the issue reported
  • Relationship building with our department heads, on both local & global levels

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor Degree is required in a relevant firled
  • 5 years’ experience within the Banking industry or similar financial experience is preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree is required
  • Previous experience with clients over the phone, face to face and via email
  • Previous experience working within a team and independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English is required    
  • Strong interpersonal skills especially working with clients on the phone, face to face and via email
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office suite skills (Excel and Word) 
  • Positive attitude, enthusiastic and willing to learn
  • Ability to learn and use business software’s quickly
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a good multi tasker
  • Ability to work flexible working hours and in shifts
