Job Description

TOPFX is an EU Investment Firm, specializing in Prime Brokerage Services. Our company is seeking to hire an experienced Customer Success Manager in Limassol.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Providing professional service and technical assistance to our B2B customers.
  • Be in contact with all B2B clients and provide assistance where needed, on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Identifying customers’ needs and provide immediate assistance on enquiries and step by step guidance.
  • Interact with all relevant departments from accounting to technical support and dealing to fully support client process. 
  • Assist in the onboarding and training process of each new client and provide ongoing support as required.
  • Liaise between various providers and clients across the client life cycle. 
  • Create performance and other reports on a daily and weekly basis

 

Requirements:

  • Highly proficient in verbal and written English
  • Solid experience in Back Office or Customer Support 
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a B2B customer support position in either liquidity provider or technology provider. 
  • Experience in B2B customer support 
  • Dealing experience will be considered as an advantage.
  • Detail orientated, able to create daily and weekly reports on client status and requests.
