We are looking for a Program Manager for our Headquarters in Aix en Provence.

Position Summary:

The smartTrade Program Manager will be responsible for managing the post sales implementation of smartTrade’ largest and most complex customers. You will serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring successful deployment and adoption of smartTrade products and services.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a part of the ongoing relationship with our premium customers, the smartTrade program Manager:

 

  • Owns and stir the overall program delivery with the Customer, agreeing on key milestones and deliverables
  • Elaborates and Defines the program with the Customer and the smartTrade stakeholders
  • Owns the overall program governance on behalf of smartTrade
    • smartTrade representative on the Customer Program Steering Committee
    • Report using the appropriate  format on the program progress, risks and priorities both internally and externally
    • Contract management with both the customer and the smartTrade sales executive in charge of the account   
  • Runs  the overall program progress  on behalf of smartTrade
    • Proactively inspect all aspects of the smartTrade / Customer Relationship to minimize blind spots
    • Ensure continuous progress on all program work streams avoiding stalled activities. Consistent and lasting prioritization and dependency management (Risks)
    • Prioritization of program deliverables in accordance with customer objectives and smartTrade constraints
    • Will be responsible for the overall coordination of the various functions and project stream across these large and complex projects: Customer project manager, business and technology owners and in collaboration with  smarTrade project managers 
  • Accountable for the program successful completion
  • Create clarity and visibility into the customer’s needs and growth areas for the smartTrade sales team
  • Indirectly Drive ARR revenue by highlighting up-sells opportunities to the sales team

 

Profile

 

  • At least 5 years in program management with a successful track record, ideally, an experience in establishing and structuring the practice at a software provider
  • Proactive, pragmatic and solution driven
  • Comfortable challenging the status quo & Persuasive
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
