Job description


As part of the Client Services Team, you will be primarily responsible for the front line technical support of our product solutions and software application. In addition to managing product support tickets, phone calls, and emails, you will also assist clients with product how-to questions and technical issues.

You will come to strengthen a dynamic and highly technical team, in your role you will:

  • Identify, analyze, evaluate, qualify and resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage support tickets, calls and emails.
  • Follow-up issues, and define the appropriate action plans.
  • Communicate client input to internal product development.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure client objectives are met.
  • Identify potential system and client relationship enhancements.





  • Fluent in English. Japanese is a plus 
  • Communication skills and positive mind in order to efficiently communicate with clients.
  • General knowledge in Linux system.
  • General knowledge in databases is a plus
  • Experience with the FIX protocol is a plus.
  • Experience in electronic trading related projects is ideal.
  • Able to define priorities and be self-organized
