What will you contribute?

This is an exciting lead generation opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who wants to develop their sales career within the capital market industry. 

 

As a Business Development Representative, you will act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. 

 

Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.

 

Responsibilities & Deliverables: 

 

Your duties as Business Development Representative will include (but are not limited to) the following:

 

  • Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Contacting potential customers (cold calls, emails, etc.)
  • Identify prospect needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales departments to make sure suitable messaging is distributed to your clients
  • Keep up-to-date with current industry trends, competitors, and current/new company products and services.
  • Participate in continuous training programs as directed by the manager.
  • Maintain sales forecasting data in the sales reporting system.
  • Report to the Head of Business Development for Europe regarding weekly, quarterly and yearly results against targets. 

 

Experience:

 

  • Open to graduates with strong academic background !
  • 1-2 years of inbound and/or outbound business-to-business phone marketing or sales experience.
  • Track record of selling over the phone with a history of exceeding sales goals.
  • Account Management experience is a plus.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

 

  • One foreign language in addition to English. 
  • Build and nurture relationships.
  • Strong perseverance and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.  
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to receive, express, or exchange detailed information through oral and written communication.

 

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience.

 

Work Environment

  • Work is performed in a general office environment.
