This role works alongside Delivery managers and Business Analysts on conducting investigations and analysis to come up with solutions to business problems and help to introduce AxeTrader, our e-trading platform, to new customers or new features of it to existing ones, while remotely working in close contact with our production team based in Germany to effectively deliver integration customer projects.


Your responsibilities will include...


  • Planning, coordinating and managing the assimilation of AxeTrader into an organization's existing computer network
  • Participating in designing of business processes, customers’ training development and deployment planning.  Raise/enrich stories for functionality to be developed within the AxeTrader software.
  • Developing technical solutions to business problems to advance the client's project begins with defining, analyzing and documenting requirements - mainly concerned with ensuring an understanding of the core AxeTrader functionality and that it meets the requirements and demands of the project's key stakeholders
  • Conduct tasks related to feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, applications development, , and implement new or revised applications systems to meet specific business needs or user areas
  • Provide analysis, configuration, documentation and testing for implementing new solutions, and instructing users about the AxeTrader software.
  • Raise any issues found in the Axetrader functionality with Support team and follow it through.
  • Support and contribute to the test scripts required to enhance our automated testing framework
  • Provision and maintenance of support documentation on centralised repositories such as Confluence and JIRA.
  • Manage SIT and input into release process
  • Work with team to ensure that high levels of automation are implemented and maintained across the teams
  • Ensure essential procedures are followed and help define operating standards and processes
  • Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts
  • Operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
  • Exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.

This person has worked across front office and back office and across business and IT Software development. They will be an enthusiastic technologist who would be joining an expanding platform in terms of client base and functionalities we offer. To be successful in the role, you have extensive experience in/with... 


  • Solid experience from Front to Back integration and mapping of trading platforms IT processes workflows
  • Experience with preparing and delivering customer Demonstrations
  • Experience with Agile (Scrum) development methodologies
  • Knowledge and passion for FinTech
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to effectively communicate across all levels, with a diverse and international team
  • Customer orientation
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
  • Problem solver profile with analytical mindset.
  • Multitasking and organisational skills.
  • Availability for flexible working hours and for business trips with short notice.
  • Understanding of fixed income e-trading workflows.
  • Good command of Linux, Java and SQL environments.
  • Fluent English, spoken and written.
  •  5-8 years of relevant experience
