Job Description

 The Training & Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for all types of training and quality assurance within the company. The main responsibilities are as follows:



  • Training new hires and existing employees on the company's products and services in order for them to provide professional and accurate information to clients.
  • Training new hires and existing employees on professional customer service skills.
  • To be able to address training needs with complete courses.
  • Monitoring and analyzing the interactions between support teams and clients to ensure customer support teams are performing to the company’s standards.
  • Improve and maintain a high quality of customer service by conducting quality assurance audits, analyzing results, providing coaching.
  • Update all employees' knowledge about new services provided by the company, changed conditions, etc.
  • Prepare all the specified reports and other work documentation in time.




  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the Training & QA field, with a proven track record in delivering successful training programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill ability to listen, communicate, influence stakeholders and employees at all levels.
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.)
  •  Excellent coaching and feedback skills.
  •  Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptable to change.
