Job Description

 The primary purpose of this role is to support building Exness culture based on the employees' interest and knowledge in CFD / trading and a keen interest in being professionally aware of the industry we are working in. You will educate the employees and build their skills in the CFD / markets area in order to maximize their capacities to perform their duties and drive the business.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver complex educational programs in trading/markets for different target audiences: new employees, engineers, corporate employees, managers in order to increase their knowledge about the CFD industry and Exness advantages.
  • Define the programs and road maps to drive “trading culture” initiatives and implement them globally with the focus on the promotion of the knowledge and passion for trading among the employees.
  • Contribute to People related priorities where the trading focus should be adsorbed and used: hiring, onboarding & induction, learning and regular assessments.
  • Lead and execute the communication plan focused on the promotion of trading activities and events, i.e. workshops, contests, demo trading and others.
  • Build and manage an internal team of trainers capable of delivering the programs with the highest quality to all the target audiences.
  • Be a spokesperson in all the internal and external events related to Exness culture and HR brand.

 

Job requirements:

  • Must possess a Bachelor's Degree, additional education (especially in the learning area) is a plus.
  • Minimum 7 years of working experience in CFD / trading businesses with the focus on the clients' education, employees education in trading, etc with 3 years mixed experience leading the teams.
  • Deep knowledge in trading, financial markets, CFD, brokerage operations. Ability to pass this knowledge to others.
  • Outstanding personality, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in English verbal and written communications skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adaptable to change and agile, while able to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Strong planning and execution focus, able to lead & drive effective change management for the initiatives across the organization.
  • High level of integrity and honesty, EQ and maturity.
