Banking Relations Manager (RUS - Global Banks)

Having huge plans for the future, we are now looking for a key member in our global Banking Relationships team - Banking Relationship Manager for UK and Swiss accounts.
You will be responsible for managing Exness's network of banking relationships for the specific area/region and working very closely with the other team members of a newly established Banking Relations team.
You will be responsible for:
Dealing with banks, their reporting requirements and service the relationships, while developing a strong understanding of local market operation and regulation as they relate to the services being provided, plus Exness and client requirements;
Proactively establish and manage relationships with existing and new key contacts at partner banks in the defined region (UK/Swiss regions);
Extending the breadth and number of banks to facilitate more banking options for Exness;
Coordinating regular reviews (documentation review, bank calls and visits), maintaining appropriate AML/KYC files, communicating, and ensuring delivery of detailed service level requirements, and acting as an escalation point for any issues arising with our banks;
Monitoring and controlling bank accounts in the region and keep up-to-date with in-country banking legislative developments to provide assistance on banking requirements;
Providing assistance on banking requirements in new countries / entities, negotiating competitive arrangements and service levels with existing and new banking suppliers;
5-8 years of relevant work experience as a Banking Relationships representative in gaming/gambling/trading or payments business or other high-risk businesses;
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferred;
Proven experience and contacts with key contacts in Tier-1 banks in the UK and Swiss banks;
Experience in the financial services industry with strong operational understanding of the finance business;
An outstanding understanding and ability to maintain best market standards in KYC/AML procedures;
Willingness to conduct overseas travel as part of due-diligence process;
Proven ability to develop strong working relationships and establish a high level of credibility across functional lines of business and organizational levels;
Understanding of project management, FX and a multi-currency environment;
Demonstrated ability to negotiate agreements;
English - fluent, other languages, such as Russian are as a plus;
CAMS or CAME certification will be considered as a plus.
An availability to travel when needed;
Ability to work under pressure and think strategically;
A deep sense of professionalism - to present and meet with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
