Now we are focusing on our Partners (IBs) & Premium Clients in order to improve our product for them and make it better. We are looking for a very experienced, customer-centric, highly analytical & data-driven Head of Product with acumen in CFD business, partnership models and comprehensive trading products. The role will be located in Cyprus with regular business trips to our other offices. You will work closely with our key account management & technologies teams in order to build the existing partnership & loyalty product focused on longer-term retention of IB's and Premium clients.
You’ll be responsible for:
Facilitate, build, communicate and implement the product strategy for partners & premium clients through sufficient product development process;
Detailed and in-depth analysis of real-time problems, needs from our existing and future partners, regional specifics (emerging markets including), ensuring that business opportunities in our partnership model reflected in our product; and the potential risks to the business are mitigated effectively and swiftly;
Developing clients/partner journey and operational environment to meet their needs;
Defining product requirements (working closely together with Business System Analyst and Product Designer) based on the data from customer research and competitor analysis, building the roadmaps and plans to achieve the product vision;
Constant monitoring and analysis of product metrics, also conducting market and customer research, depending on the newly assigned regions;
Establish and control the process of product validation backlog (maintaining and prioritising) for development and operational implementation;
Formulating, prioritizing and verifying product hypotheses aimed to improve product metrics and reach the goals
Constantly collaborating with Product owners, Team Leaders in the development team in order to show your vision of implementing the product;
Be an active supporter of a culture of forwarding and innovative thinking, encouraging the team to always be curious and one step ahead.
Working with a wide range of stakeholders within technology, marketing, regulatory, Anti-Fraud and commercial with an aim to result in a coordinated approach to product development & improvement.
We’re looking for someone who has:
More than 5+ years of experience as Head of Product / Senior Product Manager role in CFD / investment business, minimum 10 years of experience in fast pace product environment;
Proven experience building and leading strong product teams;
Passion for trading and investment business, own experience as a trader is a big plus;
In-depth knowledge of trading/investment product customer archetypes, their needs and expectations;
Competitor analysis, customer development, product analytics & ideally a good understanding of the regulatory compliance requirements for trading;
Understanding of software development life cycle models as well a traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment;
Deep knowledge of Agile techniques, User Stories, Test-Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing etc;
Effectively prioritise projects and manage changes and customer expectations, leadership skills to get the job done;
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills including the ability to communicate very complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences;
Data-driven decision maker with an eye for detail, strategic & analytical thinker;
A lot of business trips around the world are expected, so you need to be prepared for that;
Fluency in written and verbal English is a must.
