The role is full-time and based in Limassol, Cyprus. We support the relocation of our candidates and do our best to help them to be successful in the company.

Core responsibilities: 

  • Extensive, detailed diary management, both business and personal, among varied time zones
  • responding to emails where appropriate and ensuring important correspondence is brought to the attention of the Chief Executive or passed to appropriate colleagues for action
  • Book and arrange travels, transports and accommodations;
  • Compose and prepare reports, presentations and correspondences;
  • Carry out background research and present the findings;
  • Remind, follow up about important tasks and manage deadlines;
  • Attend and take minutes during meetings and following up to ensure that actions are completed on time;
  • When necessary, act as the first point of contact;
  • Liaising with internal departments and external organisations;
  • Working closely with other Team PAs and ensuring close alignment.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience at Executive PA senior level is essential (4-5) years minimum ideally in an international company within IT, Financial Services, E-commerce etc.
  • Have experience working with senior-level management people;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to draft correspondence on behalf of the COO;
  • Knowledge in operating with of Jira + Confluence will be considered as an advantage;
  • Excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written English; Russian - is also a must!
