THE ROLE: DIRECTOR OF SALES

 

RSPONSIBILITIES

• Exceed individual monthly and quarterly revenue targets

• Build pipeline funnel (prospecting), process leads, and maintain relationships with current customers

• Liaise between sales, GTM, marketing, and management teams to ensure delivery of business development projects and pipeline.

• Generate documentation and proposal templates for the sales, on-boarding, and customer coverage activities.

• Conduct competitive market reviews to refine sales and GTM strategies.

• Own Company’s CRM and responsible for institutionalizing

• Prospecting, territory, and account planning

• Working with partner companies to create or recraft solutions for prospective clients.

• Drive input into marketing campaigns and help craft materials for the different lines of business.

• Develop and mentor commercial talent

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

• 2+ years enterprise-level revenue contributor with experience in software, blockchain / crypto, or institutional financial services

• Must understand crypto and blockchain technologies

• Fast learner, appetite to take on challenges, and be creative in solving customer challenges

• Entrepreneurial and good with numbers

• Experience in outbound sales

• Professional sales approach

• Implementation experience with large enterprise-scale deals with banks and tech companies a big plus
