Job Description

Exness is looking for Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing the commercially oriented sales and marketing program and campaign. A Marketing Manager is responsible for the whole life cycle of 360 marketing activities from planning to execution and, accountable for making every sales and marketing program highly impactful to the business.


  • Generate new business leads and maximize the commercial growth for the region such as Bangladesh, Philippines, Brunei, Laos and Maldives
  • Working in partnership with the commercial team to develop sales and marketing campaign ideas for the assigned region.
  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
  • Oversees all online/offline activities and all earned/owned channels.
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
  • Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
  • Make activities compliant, aligned with our brand proposition and business-friendly.
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or any other equivalent discipline.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in a marketing role.
  • Proven experience designing interactive applications and networking platforms.
  • Experience working with marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding for countries such as Bangladesh, the Philippines, Brunei, Laos, and the Maldives.
  • Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and native languages.
