RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Build a strong relationship with clients to improve the client experience.
  • Completing other tasks as assigned by department manager.
  • Document filing (including downloading, uploading customer information and documents, or data entering).
  • Handle all requests and cases on both systems (CRM & CB)
  • Respond to clients queries through Zendesk, Chats and Phone Calls within the agreed SLAs.
  • Respond to Sales Team requests and queries through all communication channels.
  • Ensuring Asset Managers and Introducing brokers group set up is achieved.
  • Make sure to calculate the manual rebates for a specific client on a weekly, monthly basis and submit the request for the checker.
  • Make sure that the client journey is smooth and work with the team to improve it.
  • Guiding clients how to use the trading platforms and company portals.  
  • Assist with projects as assigned.
  •  Update the required sheets and fill in all columns as per our standards.
  • Work with the team to reduce the manual mistakes that happens within the department.
  • Know the products we offer completely. Memorize the specifications e.g., the spreads.

 

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good time management and attention to details. Being flexible and adaptable is very important.
  • Aptitude for building relationships and ability to communicate on complex issues.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Portuguese.  (Spanish beneficial but not required)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, computer operation and experienced with Excel formulas is an advantage.
  • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Able to multi-task, determine priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Has capacity to adapt to the changing market environment and work well under pressure.
  • FX and MT4 knowledge
  • Ability to work flexible hours and night shifts.

 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES 

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills in English and Portuguese. (Spanish beneficial but not required)
  • Experience in Finance / Banking / Customer Service industries is an advantage.
