We are looking for Data Engineer, specializing in SQL and Python with experience working with data and delivering data systems (ETL) and reporting projects.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience developing industrialised data pipelines, possess strong knowledge of database/data lake systems and be comfortable with writing Python and SQL.
The selected candidate needs to have the ability to work with business stakeholders to extract the required analysis, study the available data and produce a data product that can support a company's decision-making process and advanced analysis of information.

• Work alongside data scientists and Business intelligence peoples to design, engineer, optimise and maintain production grade data pipelines • Design and engineer a data model which can support growth ambitions • Work with the team to understand how to make the best use of internal and external data sources • Create frameworks and systems to manage and govern data assets
Must have the following skillsets:
• Experience developing industrialised data pipelines and designing data models • Strong knowledge of database and datalake systems • Proven experience writing Python and SQL (Microsoft SQL) • C# or Java knowledge is a plus • Comfortable with distributed data frameworks like Spark • Experience with at least one cloud provider – Azure, GCP or AWS • Experience working on a greenfield project is desirable
Educational / Experience Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related course of study.
