We are looking for a fun and reliable HR Coordinator / Office Administration person to assist our Human Resources manager with administration and coordination of the HR functions. This person is also responsible for providing general administrative support across the organisation.
Ensure all HR related duties including Recruitment are carry out on a timely and professional manner.
Handling of HR documentation including preparation of HR letters and employment contracts and making sure the HRIS is updated regularly.
Manage employee related events such as birthdays, festivals, charity and other social events.
Assists in office all round duties including procurement of stationery and pantry items, postage and delivery service.
Ensure all meeting rooms and pantry are neat and tidy.
Engage and coordinate with external suppliers and agencies.
Other administrative duties as required.
Minimum 2 years working experience in HR.
Excellent organisation skills.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Excellent communication skills both written & verbal.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Responsible, positive attitude, willingness to help.
Desire to grow your generalist HR career and take on more responsibilities.
