Objective:

Sales Business Retention are required to meet agreed monthly and quarterly equity targets as set out by their line manager. The targets will be set on a rolling monthly basis.

 

Main Duties:

•Assist clients who wish to open or are managing a trading account.

•Drive capital raising functions by presenting new market opportunities to existing clients while demonstrating the benefits of INFINOX products and services.

•Drive spreads revenue growth.

•Must remain up-to-date to daily market movements.

•Call new clients on a daily basis based on given KPIs.

•Ensure high quality and compliant interactions with clients.

•Ensure adequate communication to ensure client satisfaction with regards to their needs and interests.

•Understand the needs of clients and follow up on their business needs in a

timely and professional manner.

 

 

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS CANDIDATES SHOULD POSSESS:

•Demonstrable knowledge of the CFD, Forex or other Financial Services marketplace, products, and service.

•Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

•Strong sales orientation, confident on the phone.

•Targets driven.

•Quick learner with good initiative.

•Proactive, positive, and flexible approach to teamwork.

•Proven experience of understanding clients’ needs and providing focused solutions with successful results.

•Initiative and an entrepreneurial attitude.

•Candidate must have and demonstrate a proven track record.

•Experience no less than 2 years in Forex and CFD.

•Provide pre-sales and after-sales support to the Clients.
